Destined For Greatness -Pt 1 (By Pastor Adeboye)

May 2025 Holy Ghost Service
Theme: Jeremiah 29:11

God is the Master Builder and Architect who never builds without a plan (Acts 15:18). He builds homes (Exodus 1:15–21), marriages (Genesis 2:18–25), cities (Hebrews 11:10), and people (1 Corinthians 3:9). Before you were born, He had a blueprint for your life (Jeremiah 1:4–5, Romans 9:17), with a destiny full of hope and purpose (Jeremiah 29:11). Created in His image (Genesis 1:26–28, Psalm 82:6), we are called to reflect His nature. If you are born again, you are a child of God (John 1:11–12) — and His Spirit in you gives you the power to overcome sin (1 John 4:4).

As His children, we carry His divine attributes. God is Almighty (Jeremiah 32:27, Luke 1:37) — nothing is impossible for Him or for those who believe (Mark 9:23). He is sovereign (Psalm 115:3), and He has given us dominion (Genesis 1:28, James 3:17). He rules by decrees (Psalm 33:8–9) and invites us to do the same in faith (Job 22:28, Mark 11:22–23). God knows all things (Acts 15:18) and can reveal secrets, the past, present, and future (2 Kings 6:8–12, Genesis 15:1–5, Joel 2:28). He is also eternal (1 Timothy 1:17), and we are created to live forever — either with Him or separated in eternity (1 Thessalonians 4:6–7, Mark 9:43–48).

Your hunger determines your destiny (Romans 9:10–11, Genesis 25:29–34). You are placed where you are to shine and draw souls to God (Acts 13:21–22). If you desire a fresh start or to rededicate your life to Christ, ask for His mercy and surrender to Him today. He is ready to build your life into something glorious and eternal.

SALVATION CALL
If you want to give your life to Jesus or rededicate your life, pray this simple prayer:

“Lord Jesus, have mercy on me. Forgive my sins, wash me clean with Your blood, and save my soul. I surrender to You completely. Let Your purpose be fulfilled in my life. Amen.”
