The value of a touch depends on who is doing the touching. When God touches you with His hand of love, your entire system receives comfort.

God influence in Heaven is absolute. He can choose to open the windows of Heaven as He pleases.

We need rain and so we need to contact the One Who gives rain, to give it to us appropriately.
