Message Topic: Renewed Like The Eagle.
Text: Isaiah 40:28-31
The Eagle is a very special bird, it has the ability to remove its feathers when it is old and smash off its old beak till new feathers grow again and it feels like a new and young bird. All through this period, the eagle doesn’t eat.
Fasting makes you look young again.
The word Renew is a compound: of “Re” and “New”
To renew means, to make new again. Something was new before, then it became old and you want to make it new again
In the mighty name of Jesus, your joy, hope, home and anointing will be renewed in Jesus name.
How can we renew:
- We can renew by repairing. Acts 8:22-25.
- We can renew by replacing. Genesis 18:9-14.
- We can renew by remaking. 2 Kings 5:5-14.
How can newness be lost?
- Usage. When something has been used over and over again, it becomes old. 2 Samuel 21.
- Lack of Usage. When something is not in use and left alone, it can become old. Matthew 25:14-30.
Something can also be old to the extent that it cannot be renewed and this is caused by complete dissociation between you and God. Judges16:28-end
How to remain forever new?
- You must be constantly connected to God who is our source. Isaiah 40:31.
- Stay connected to God and His power will flow through you renewing you from day to day.

If you have not given your life to Christ or you want to rededicate your life to God, ask Him to have mercy on you and make you new again.
