Text: Deuteronomy 28: 1-2

• God is a covenant-keeping God
• If you’ll keep your part of the covenant, what God will do will be so much, you’ll begin to run away from the blessing.
• The blessing will then pursue you and overtake you.
• You must play your part, and then God will play His part.

Your Part:
▪︎ First, you’ll hearken – which is to listen intently as if your life depends on it.
▪︎ You must then hearken diligently. You will not just listen carefully, you will do it with all your strength.
▪︎ You will do all His commandments. 1 Kings 17: 8-16
• The Lord expects you to pay attention to every detail of what He tells you to do.
• When He says give Him of all your increase, He means ALL.
Proverbs 3: 9-10, Malachi 3:10

• If you will do God’s will, the blessings you’ll have will come directly from Him.
Exodus 23:25

• Your prosperity will be secure. Proverbs 23:5
• Nothing will be able to destroy or steal it.

• If you repent from not playing your part, God will restore the years the cankerworm has eaten.
Joel 2: 15-27

• To enjoy this covenant of prosperity, you must’nt use shortcuts.

• You mustn’t steal, defraud or gather wealth illegitimately. Jeremiah 17:11

• Do God’s will and follow His covenant.
And leave the rest to Him.
Deuteronomy 28:7

Salvation Call
God’s covenants are between Him and His children.

If you haven’t given your life to Jesus, come to Him today. Ask Him to save your soul, wash you clean with His blood and bring you into His family.
