Bible Text: Mark 8:22-24
The spirit of man is subject to man. God knows that there is nothing good about the darkness that’s why he created light.
God suspends whatever else He is doing to heed to a cry for mercy.
Whenever you come in contact with anyone who was born blind and He receives the life of Jesus, Jesus will give him light.
You must never backslide, It is better to never have been saved than to become a backslider.
3 Categories of Darkness.
- Someone who is born blind – John 9:1-7, Mark 10:46-52
- Someone who used to see and now became blind – Mark
8:22-25 - Someone who used to see and became blind permanently as a result of God’s decree – Judges 16:1-21
I pray for you, you will never backslide.
Call to Salvation
Those of you who have never tasted the light, come to the Lord now.
Cry to God for genuine salvation.
Ask Him to forgive you for backsliding.
Ask Him to restore you totally.
Prayer points
Father you gave me light, whatever I will do that will cause you to take away your light, don’t let me ever do it.
